We are still forecasting a weather system to impact the southern plains around Tuesday which will then last into portions of Thursday. There is roughly a medium chance for the whole of the panhandles to see rainfall. The highest chances of this occurring are shifting towards the eastern panhandles due to changes in the storm track compared to older forecast. Overall the weather system still looks likely to have tropical moisture associated with it which bring the potential for heavy rainfall.
