High pressure developing over the Southeast US will bring dry and warm weather through next week. Some Gulf moisture will begin to spread back over the area by midweek, leading to scattered rain showers particularly for southeast Texas. However, without any significant weather systems, no meaningful rainfall is expected through next week.
