Scattered thunderstorms are expected to develop during the day Thursday and continue into the evening. Isolated strong to severe thunderstorms are possible, mainly between 2-8 pm, over parts over east central Missouri and southwest Illinois. The strongest thunderstorms will be capable of producing damaging winds.
