A Flood Watch is in effect for much of the area starting Friday afternoon and lasting into Saturday evening. Locally heavy rain from tropical rainbands around Isaias will bring 3 to 7 inches of widespread rainfall in the Flood Watch area with locally higher amounts of 10 inches. This much rain would lead to isolated to scattered instances of flash flooding, especially in more urban and low-lying areas. River flooding is also a concern due to the recent rain much of the area received this past weekend.
