As more stable air overspreads the #rgv and Deep S. Texas ranchlands, the threat for heavy rainfall continues to push east and now is only expected to impact Cameron County, mainly across Laguna Madre region/SPI. There is a reasonable worst-case scenario for more than 3 inches near the coast, which would be favorable for isolated flooding if falling within 1 or 2 hours. Should this occur, minor flooding (1-2 feet of water depth) would occur.
