Typical late summertime rains are expected along the Gulf Coast. While any one storm is unlikely to cause flash flooding, multiple rounds over urban or other areas sensitive to additional rainfall will be more prone to Flash Flooding. Therefore a Marginal Risk is in place across portions of the area today through Saturday which may cause flooding over low lying and poor drainage urban locations.
