Tropical moisture will interact with a slow-moving frontal system to produce multiple rounds of showers and storms Tuesday through Thursday. This could lead to locally heavy rainfall totals in excess of 2", with the best chance being across the eastern Rolling Plains, far southeast TX Panhandle, and areas off the Caprock.
