[8/27/26] A quiet night lies ahead for us tonight. Skies will see clearing for most of the region early in the evening, but some low cloud cover may return along the Lake Michigan shoreline. Overnight temperatures will be fairly cool, getting into the middle 40s in the northwoods while staying in the 50s across central and east-central Wisconsin. Active remains on track to return over the weekend, with rain and storms spreading over the area by the late morning to early afternoon Saturday. A few showers/storms then stick around in the area on Sunday. No severe weather is in the forecast at this time.
